About Deal Flow
Modern sales has too much data — and not enough clarity.
Deal Flow is a sales execution layer for B2B teams. We turn scattered account data into a short, ranked list of things worth doing today.
Thesis
For most of the last decade, the hard part of B2B sales was finding information. That problem is solved. There are more databases, signals, enrichment providers and automation tools than any team can reasonably use.
The hard part now is deciding what to do with all of it on Monday morning. Every additional source adds work before it adds pipeline, and the decision still lands on a rep with a full calendar.
Sales teams don’t need more data. They need fewer, better decisions.
Why we exist
The gap is operational, not technical.
Most tools solve one slice of the problem — a database, an enrichment API, a sequencer. The team is left to assemble the workflow between them, and the assembly is where the week goes.
Tools multiplied. Output didn’t.
Each new tool arrived with its own list, its own score and its own tab. None of them agreed on what to do next.
The CRM stopped telling the truth.
Work moved into spreadsheets and inboxes. Reporting described a pipeline that no longer matched what the team was actually doing.
Judgement got spent on admin.
Benchmarks put selling time at 28–40% of the week. The expensive part of a sales team is its judgement, and most of it goes on preparation.
What we build
One workflow, from target account to CRM-ready action.
Not another database and not another sequencer. Deal Flow is the decision path that connects them.
Principles
How we decide what to build.
Workflow over features
A feature that doesn’t change what a rep does on Monday is decoration. We measure ourselves on actions taken, not capabilities shipped.
Signals over volume
More contacts is not more pipeline. A specific reason to call is. We would rather send ten relevant messages than a thousand ignorable ones.
If it isn’t in the CRM, it didn’t happen
Output that lives in a separate dashboard creates a second version of the truth. Everything we produce lands where the team already works.
One workflow at a time
We start with the single workflow costing you the most time, prove it works, then widen. No platform rollout before there is a result.
